I work primarily with individuals who are seeking to better understand nutrition and rebuild their trust in food. As a Registered Dietitian, I’m committed to evidence-based practices, and I take pride in tailoring my support to fit your individual needs. Outside of my professional life, I enjoy cooking and baking delicious meals for my family and friends, and I love spending time outdoors.
