About Me

"Do you ever feel like you know what you should be doing for your health, but you just can’t seem to make it happen? It’s frustrating, I get it. Many people struggle to bridge that gap between knowing and doing—especially with all the conflicting nutrition advice out there.

That’s where I come in. As one of only 45 dietitians in the country trained in the Dietitian Coach Approach, I work with you to make lasting, realistic changes. Over 12 weeks of weekly sessions, we’ll focus on building habits that actually feel good—no more stressing over willpower or feeling like you’re fighting yourself. I’m here as your “guide on the side,” helping you experiment, navigate the noise, and discover what works best for you.

Clients love the personalized, non-judgmental vibe of our sessions—it’s more like a partnership than a typical “diet plan.” Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you, whether that’s feeling more energized, ditching diet confusion, or finally sticking to healthy habits without stress. The best part? It’s exciting and fun!

If you’re ready to stop spinning your wheels and start making real progress on your wellness goals, let’s work together. I’ll help you get clear on your vision and give you the tools to make it happen—no guilt, no overwhelm, just real change.

Here are a few things about me...

Before working as a Dietitian Coach at All Access Dietitians, I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition/Dietetics from the University of New Hampshire and a Master of Science in Nutrition from Boston University.

I was called to become a dietitian after becoming interested in nutrition, health, and fitness at a young age. Unfortunately, there is so much harmful misinformation out there that leads many down restrictive and obsessive paths in the name of "wellness." I strongly believe in using science-based nutrition therapy and steering clear of short-term fads or trends. I am passionate about debunking myths and inviting clients to understand evidence-based strategies.

In addition to my coaching philosophy, I also believe that food has major cultural, social, traditional, and emotional aspects that should be valued as parts of well-being. Focusing on overall diet quality and forming sustainable habits that include all foods are key for taking care of physical and mental health. I love helping clients find their unique balance with nutrition and other health goals including exercise, mindfulness, sleep, and stress management - I often encourage clients to think about what they can ADD to their diet and/or lifestyle versus what they may believe they need to SUBTRACT.

Outside of helping clients make their nutrition dreams a reality, I love cooking, traveling, and spending time with my family. My favorite food is pasta- if I can't be in Italy, then the Italian North End of Boston suffices! I feel my most confident after a great workout, and love to push myself out of my fitness comfort zones."
