About Me

Before working as a Dietitian Coach at All Access Dietitians, I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Dietetics and Sports Nutrition from Mansfield University.

I have always been passionate about the power of food to nurture and heal the body. Growing up, I witnessed firsthand how nutrition plays a pivotal role in overall health and well-being. As I learned more about the connection between diet and chronic diseases, I realized that becoming a dietitian would allow me to make a meaningful impact on people’s lives by helping them adopt healthier eating habits. I’m deeply motivated to guide individuals in making informed food choices that can prevent illness, improve quality of life, and empower them to take control of their health. The idea of combining science, education, and compassion to help others leads me to pursue this career with a strong sense of purpose and excitement.

In addition to my coaching philosophy, I also believe that nutrient-dense, well-balanced diet can be the first line of defense against chronic illnesses such as heart disease, diabetes, obesity, and even some cancers. By consuming whole, minimally processed foods rich in vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and fiber, we can build a strong foundation for health and reduce the risk of disease. Eating a variety of colorful fruits and vegetables, whole grains, healthy fats, and lean proteins strengthens the body’s immune system, optimizes digestion, and supports the body's natural detoxification processes.

Outside of helping clients make their nutrition dreams a reality, I enjoy spending time outdoors, taking my dogs on hikes, and trying out new recipes to share with my family and friends.
