About Me

Kay's interest in nutrition started while working in community health, where she identified a significant need for better nutritional education and support. This passion led her to pursue a career in dietetics, where she could support and empower individuals to make healthier choices. Kay's training in Medical Nutrition Therapy allows her to support clients with a variety of conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, weight management, and disease prevention/wellness.

Kay believes that all people deserve personalized nutritional care and practices with a client-centered approach. She feels that every individual has a unique path to food freedom and enjoys helping each client find their own way to a healthier lifestyle.

Kay graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Keiser University in Lakeland, Florida and completed a master’s degree in healthcare management from WGU.

In her free time, Kay enjoys spending time with her family, cooking new recipes, and anything that allows her to be on the beach. She is also actively involved in community nutrition programs, enjoys volunteering at local health fairs, and mentors dietetic students.
