About Me
Before working as a Dietitian Coach at All Access Dietitians, I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from North Carolina State University and a Master's in Nutrition from Meredith College. I also completed a dietetic internship in various settings, including clinical and foodservice at Duke Raleigh Hospital, a community rotation at a local nonprofit dedicated to health education, and nutrition counseling with a dietitian focused on helping clients achieve sustainable weight loss.
I chose to become a dietitian because I’m passionate about helping people feel their best through sustainable, practical approaches to nutrition. I believe that food should be something we enjoy and that good nutrition doesn’t have to be complicated or restrictive. My goal is to empower others with the knowledge and tools they need to make choices that support their long-term health and well-being in ways that genuinely work for their lifestyle. I believe in balance, that all foods can fit, and that nutrition is deeply personal; there’s no one-size-fits-all solution. I want to share my love for food and nutrition with others and support people in building habits that feel good.
I’ve found that I’m most effective as a dietitian when I take a coach approach. I believe you’re the expert on your own life, and my role is to be a guide, not the driver. Together, we’ll define your personal vision of ideal wellness and identify realistic and sustainable steps that will help you get there. As your Dietitian Coach, I’ll support you with encouragement, evidence-based education, and practical tools tailored to your needs. I am passionate about helping busy people find realistic ways to eat well, no matter the challenges they are facing.
When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me experimenting with new recipes, baking, on a long walk, or spending quality time with my family, friends, and my two cats.
