About

Kelley Magill’s interest in nutrition started with her own health journey. After years of struggling with hormonal imbalances, gut issues, and chronic stress — despite being told her lab work was “normal” — she discovered functional medicine and experienced firsthand the power of addressing root causes. This experience fueled her passion to help others feel seen, heard, and supported on their path to better health.

Her training in Medical Nutrition Therapy allows her to support clients with a variety of conditions, including diabetes, thyroid disorders, autoimmune disease, digestive concerns, and general well-being. She has a special passion for women’s health, pre/postnatal nutrition, and gut health, where she enjoys helping clients connect the dots between their symptoms, lifestyle, and goals so they can feel empowered to make lasting changes.

Kelley believes that everyone deserves compassionate, personalized care. Her philosophy is to meet each client where they are, provide practical tools and education, and guide them step by step toward building sustainable habits. She finds joy in helping clients gain confidence in their choices and feel more in control of their long-term health.

She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering and a minor in Mathematics from the University of Rhode Island, earned a Master of Science in Nutrition from Boston University, and completed her Dietetic Internship at UMass Memorial Medical Center in Worcester, MA. Kelley is also a Level 1 and Level 2 Integrative Health Practitioner, certified through the Integrative Health Practitioner Institute, and is board certified as a Registered Dietitian through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).

Outside of her work, Kelley enjoys spending time with her husband, young daughter, and friends, especially outdoors exploring Colorado’s mountain trails and seasonal activities. She loves cooking, trying new recipes, and visiting farmers markets, as well as reading and traveling whenever possible. A former track and cross-country athlete at URI, Kelley went on to race marathons post-college and now enjoys the occasional 5K. She embraces all forms of movement, whether it’s strength training, yoga, running, hiking, skiing, or taking a workout class, as an important part of a balanced and joyful life.
