Kelli is a registered dietitian who specializes in meeting you where you are and helping you develop healthy habits to build muscle, lose weight, increase energy, enhance physical & mental performance and decrease risk of chronic diseases. She believes in a personalized approach for each client, to help them reach in their goals in a way that fits their lifestyle.

Kelli has a master's degree in clinical nutrition and a background in intuitive eating, fitness and sports performance. She has extensive experience in oncology nutrition, as well as plant based nutrition. Kelli also works in research and keeps up-to-date on the latest health and nutrition research.

Kelli is a wife and mom to a teenage boy, who keeps her busy as a multi-sport athlete. Her family includes two rescue dogs and she enjoys reading, traveling, cooking, baking and weight training.
