About
Kelli’s interest in nutrition began through her own experiences navigating hormone imbalances and conflicting nutrition advice, which sparked a passion for helping women feel informed, supported, and empowered in their health. Her training in Medical Nutrition Therapy allows her to support clients with conditions such as diabetes, blood sugar dysregulation, celiac disease, and disordered eating, with a special focus on fertility, PCOS, and women’s hormone health.
Kelli believes all people deserve compassionate, individualized nutrition care and practices with a non-restrictive, weight-inclusive approach. She enjoys helping clients move away from cycles of dieting and frustration and toward sustainable nutrition strategies that support metabolic health, hormones, and a healthier relationship with food. Her work often incorporates functional insights and lab data when appropriate, while keeping care realistic and grounded in daily life.
Kelli completed her Master’s degree in Human Nutrition from Logan University, completed over 1,000 hours of supervised clinical practice, and passed a national board exam to become a Certified Nutrition Specialist.
Outside of work, Kelli enjoys spending time with her family, being outdoors, walking, alternating strength and HIIT workouts, and experimenting in the kitchen with fun, hormone-supportive food and coffee recipes.
