About Me
Kelly is passionate about making nutrition practical and approachable. She knows firsthand that eating well isn’t just about knowing what’s “healthy”—it’s about finding realistic ways to make it work in daily life. With a focus on weight management, metabolic health, diabetes, and chronic disease prevention, Kelly supports clients in creating sustainable meal plans that work for their individual needs and helping them build healthier habits that fit seamlessly into their lives.
Her training in medical nutrition therapy and over ten years of clinical experience allows her to assist clients in managing conditions like diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and insulin resistance, while also emphasizing the importance of cancer prevention and healthy aging. She has a strong focus on whole foods and believes in the power of nutrition to support long-term health, reducing the need for excessive medical interventions. Kelly especially enjoys working with individuals who feel overwhelmed by nutrition advice and want a clear, science-backed plan that fits their lifestyle.
Kelly believes nutrition should be flexible, sustainable, and free from unnecessary restrictions. She focuses on creating personalized strategies that help clients improve their health without feeling deprived or stuck in rigid diets.
Kelly earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from California State University, Sacramento and holds a Master of Science from the University of Arizona.
Outside of work, Kelly enjoys cooking from scratch, gardening, and spending time outdoors. She loves experimenting in the kitchen—whether that means perfecting a homemade sourdough or finding new ways to make vegetables more exciting. When she’s not in the kitchen or garden, you can often find her unwinding with a good book, playing PC video games, or watching anime.
