About

Keri Pini, MS, RD, CSR is a dedicated Registered Dietitian who became credentialed in 2019 and has experience across diverse settings, including hospitals, private consulting, dialysis, and transplant care. Her passion for nutrition began early, fueled by a desire to help people feel empowered in managing their health through food and evidence-based care.

As a Certified Specialist in Renal Nutrition, Keri focuses on the unique needs of patients with kidney disease, helping them navigate complex nutrition guidelines with compassion and clarity. She also has specialized experience supporting patients on GLP-1 injectable therapies, helping them manage side effects, optimize nutrient intake, and achieve sustainable lifestyle changes while using these medications.

In 2024, Keri was honored to be invited as a panelist at the National Kidney Foundation Conference in Long Beach, CA, where she discussed why BMI is not always a reliable indicator of health and highlighted the importance of individualized care for patients preparing for kidney transplant. She is also an active member of the Commission on Dietetic Registration’s specialist panel, where she advocates for equity, accessibility, and fairness within the dietetics profession.

Keri is known for creating a supportive and welcoming environment —patients and colleagues often remark on the laughter and warmth that fill her office. Her philosophy is simple: she’s not here to dictate, but to guide and support each person in finding what works best for them.
