About Me
As a former figure skater and dancer, Kerry witnessed a lot of disordered eating habits and experienced her own struggles with food and body image. Now, her mission as a registered dietitian is to help others nourish themselves without stress or shame and confidently manage their health. Kerry is here to learn your unique needs and empower you to make food choices that serve you best. Instead of rigid rules, the focus will be fostering a positive relationship with food, adding nutritious foods to your diet, and incorporating health-promoting behaviors into your busy lifestyle for lasting change. As a new mom, Kerry is all about simplifying nutrition to make it easy, affordable, and impactful.
Kerry holds a Master of Science degree in Nutritional Epidemiology from Tufts University and completed a clinically-focused dietetic internship at Miami Valley Hospital. She has worked in various acute care settings providing medical nutrition therapy, and most recently worked with patients receiving out-patient hemodialysis treatment. Kerry has a strong background in research that informs the evidence-based care she provides.
Kerry’s broad clinical experience allows her to address a range of health conditions and support clients who want to focus on disease prevention, healthy aging, and wellness. As a former dialysis dietitian, she has specialized training in renal nutrition. Kerry has a strong interest and experience in pre- and post-natal nutrition.
On a more personal level, Kerry enjoys cooking, baking, and entertaining. She loves going on walks with her family and cozying up with her two cats. Kerry is a best-selling mocktail recipe book author with prior experience in alcohol research and a passion for sober curious living.
