About Me
Do you ever feel like you know what you should be doing for your health, but you just can’t seem to make it happen? It’s frustrating, I get it. Many people struggle to bridge that gap between knowing and doing—especially with all the conflicting nutrition advice out there.
That’s where I come in. As one of only 45 dietitians in the country trained in the Dietitian Coach Approach, I work with you to make lasting, realistic changes. Over 12 weeks of weekly sessions, we’ll focus on building habits that actually feel good—no more stressing over willpower or feeling like you’re fighting yourself. I’m here as your “guide on the side,” helping you experiment, navigate the noise, and discover what works best for you.
Clients love the personalized, non-judgmental vibe of our sessions—it’s more like a partnership than a typical “diet plan.” Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you, whether that’s feeling more energized, ditching diet confusion, or finally sticking to healthy habits without the stress.
If you’re ready to stop spinning your wheels and start making real progress on your wellness goals, let’s work together. I’ll help you get clear on your vision and give you the tools to make it happen—no guilt, no overwhelm, just real change.
Before you go, here are a few things about me...
Before working as a Dietitian Coach at All Access Dietitians, I completed my Bachelor of Science in Applied Nutrition at North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina. I continued my education at Rutgers University of New Jersey to obtain my Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition.
I am passionate about helping my clients build healthy habits that support their quality of life and longevity. As your dietitian, you can expect me to explore your motivations and opportunities for growth. I use evidenced-based nutrition to support your health goals whether it is for diabetes management, weight loss, or overall healthy lifestyle.
In addition to my coaching philosophy, I also believe in "striking a balance" between our day-to-day commitments and supporting our wellness. Incorporating healthy practices shouldn't feel overwhelming or like a burden in your schedule. I strive to meet clients where they are at and encourage incremental changes that help you evolve into your own vision of ideal health.
