About

Hi there! I’m Kristin Venarske, and I’m passionate about helping people rebuild their relationship with food. I believe that food should nourish both our bodies and our minds, and I became a Registered Dietitian to guide others on this journey. My experience has shown me how transformative a healthy relationship with food can be, especially for those struggling with eating disorders or disordered eating patterns.

I work with individuals who are navigating the complexities of eating disorders, transitioning to a plant-based diet, or managing cardiac conditions like high blood pressure and hyperlipidemia. My patients often come to me feeling overwhelmed or confused about their eating habits. Together, we focus on understanding their unique needs and goals, creating a path that fosters lasting change and wellness.

My approach is evidence-based, intuitive, and collaborative. In our initial sessions, we'll explore your relationship with food and build a supportive environment where you feel safe to share your experiences. Over time, my aim is to help you gain a deeper understanding of nutrition while promoting a healthier mindset around food. I want you to feel empowered and confident in your choices, ultimately leading to improved health and a sense of peace.

I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from Mississippi State University and have been practicing as a Registered Dietitian in a clinical setting. As a vegan for over nine years and an avid yoga enthusiast, I bring my own experiences into my practice, fostering an inclusive and relatable space for all patients. I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward a healthier, happier relationship with food!
