About
Krystal Greeson, MS, APRN, FNP-C, BC-ADM, MSCP, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 10 years of advanced practice experience in telemedicine, primary care, endocrinology, menopause, and weight management. She specializes in metabolic health, diabetes, obesity, insulin resistance, and hormone health, including perimenopause and menopause care. Her clinical approach combines evidence-based medicine with holistic, individualized care that supports long-term health and wellness.
Krystal is passionate about helping people feel better, live fully, and take control of their long-term health. She uses a functional and holistic lens to look beyond the diagnosis and explore what may be contributing to symptoms. She believes the goal of healthcare should be more than treating illness—it should be helping people thrive. Her own experience with obesity has given her a personal understanding of the challenges surrounding weight and health and reinforced her commitment to providing care that is compassionate, supportive, and free from shame or judgment.
Krystal earned her Master of Science from Georgetown University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Arizona State University’s Mayo Clinic Campus. She is board-certified in Family Practice (FNP-C), Advanced Diabetes Management (BC-ADM), and is a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP). She also holds the Certificate of Advanced Education in Obesity Medicine from the Obesity Medicine Association (OMA).
Outside of work, Krystal enjoys hiking, traveling, stargazing and forest bathing. She has visited more than 14 countries and hiked the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu, as well as the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. She loves spending time with her son and two pets while exploring new places and experiences.
