About

Before becoming a Registered Dietitian, I earned my Bachelor’s in Dietetics from the University of Florida and my Master’s in Nutritional Sciences from California State University, Long Beach. During my years working alongside the Sports Dietitians at University of Florida, I discovered my passion for supporting former athletes as they transition out of sport. That experience inspired my graduate research and the creation of an evidence-based online course designed to help athletes navigate life, nutrition, and identity beyond their competitive careers.

I chose to become a dietitian through both personal and professional experiences. My own journey toward building a healthier relationship with food deeply influences how I work with clients today and fuels my passion for supporting others in doing the same. I believe effective nutrition care is rooted in empathy, flexibility, and trust. I approach each client with a client-centered, evidence-based mindset, focusing on realistic and sustainable changes. I value celebrating small wins and believe long-term progress comes from consistent, achievable steps.

As your dietitian coach, I provide encouragement, education, and practical tools tailored to each individual’s goals. I support clients with intuitive eating, body image, weight loss and weight management, and improving lab values, with a special passion for helping former athletes and those new to nutrition or movement build sustainable, realistic habits that actually fits their lives.

Outside of my nutrition practice, I am also a Certified Reformer Pilates instructor, which gives me a deeper appreciation for the mind-body connection and how movement and nourishment work together to support long-term health. If I'm not in the Pilates studio or working with clients, I’m happiest moving my body and soaking up the sun—whether that’s running, Pilates, beach walks, or browsing the farmers market. I love cooking and baking, quality time with loved ones, and copious amounts of popcorn while watching a movie.
