About Me
Do you ever feel like you know what you should be doing for your health, but you just can’t seem to make it happen? It’s frustrating, I get it. Many people struggle to bridge that gap between knowing and doing—especially with all the conflicting nutrition advice out there.
That’s where I come in. As one of only 45 dietitians in the country trained in the Dietitian Coach Approach, I work with you to make lasting, realistic changes. Over 12 weeks of weekly sessions, we’ll focus on building habits that actually feel good—no more stressing over willpower or feeling like you’re fighting yourself. I’m here as your “guide on the side,” helping you experiment, navigate the noise, and discover what works best for you.
Clients love the personalized, non-judgmental vibe of our sessions—it’s more like a partnership than a typical “diet plan.” Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you, whether that’s feeling more energized, ditching diet confusion, or finally sticking to healthy habits without the stress. The best part? It’s exciting and fun!
If you’re ready to stop spinning your wheels and start making real progress on your wellness goals, let’s work together. I’ll help you get clear on your vision and give you the tools to make it happen—no guilt, no overwhelm, just real change.
Before you go, here are a few things about me!
I love meals that feel like home—especially when they’re shared with people I care about. In my free time, you’ll usually find me sipping tea, sketching in my notebook, or planning my next trip (yes, I even love the spreadsheets). I’m endlessly curious and always looking for something new to learn. One of my favorite ways to unwind is taking long walks and admiring the unique homes in my neighborhood.
Before working as a Dietitian Coach at All Access Dietitians, I earned my Master of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Illinois at Chicago, where I also completed my dietetic internship. Prior to that, I received my Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. After working in the food service industry for several years, I realized how much I enjoyed learning about food beyond the plate. Working alongside passionate chefs sparked my curiosity—not just about flavor, but about the science and traditions behind how we prepare and understand food. That growing interest led me to shift paths and pursue a career in nutrition and dietetics.
I chose to become a dietitian because of my personal connection to diabetes and the way it has impacted my family. Growing up, I witnessed my parents managing their health with limited guidance or nutrition education. While I never viewed food as something to fear, I was deeply curious about how it influences our long-term health. My approach to nutrition is rooted in balance, cultural awareness, and building healthy routines that last—not through restriction, but through understanding and sustainability.
I’ve found that I’m most effective as a dietitian when I take a coach approach. I believe you’re the expert on your own life, and my role is to be a guide, not the driver. Together, we’ll define your personal vision of ideal wellness and identify realistic and sustainable steps that will help you get there. As your Dietitian Coach, I’ll support you with encouragement, evidence-based education, and practical tools tailored to your needs. My specialty areas include weight management, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, mindful and intuitive eating, disordered eating, and helping busy people find realistic ways to eat well no matter the challenges they are facing.
When I’m not working, you can usually find me at a workout studio, sketching with a cup of tea nearby, or exploring new restaurants with friends. I also love planning trips (yes, spreadsheets and all) and taking long walks through my neighborhood, admiring all the quirky homes and quiet corners of the city.
