About Me

I love being a dietitian because it combines my love for science and cooking into one meaningful profession. The science of nutrition fascinates me because it allows me to explore the intricacies of our bodies and how the food we eat can impact our health. I enjoy getting to explore with patients how nutrients interact within our bodies, supporting everything from energy levels to immune function to mental well-being. The knowledge I possess provides me with the tools needed to guide and inform patients how to make choices that align with their overall goals.

In addition to my passion for the science behind nutrition, I also love cooking and the creativity it offers. As a dietitian, I’m able to bring science to life in the kitchen by creating nutritious meals that align with my patients’ individual needs and preferences. Helping people discover that they can incorporate their favorite foods into everyday life is incredibly rewarding. I love sharing recipes, cooking tips, and simple ways to prepare delicious meals that don’t feel overwhelming. My goal is to help people make peace with all foods. It’s that perfect blend of science, creativity, and practical advice that makes being a dietitian so fun.
