About

Lauren’s passion for health and wellness comes from understanding how the choices we make every day impact our long-term health, energy, and quality of life. As a nurse practitioner, she believe’s effective weight management goes beyond the number on the scale. It requires an individualized approach that considers each person’s medical history, lifestyle, nutrition, activity level, and unique goals.

Lauren is passionate about helping patients achieve sustainable weight loss, improving metabolic health, and building habits that support lasting results. She believes in using evidence-based treatment options, including medication when appropriate, alongside nutrition and lifestyle strategies to help patients achieve their goals while prioritizing overall health and muscle preservation.

Lauren’s approach is compassionate, collaborative, and personalized. She understands that weight management can be frustrating, especially when you feel like you’ve tried everything without seeing the results you want. Her goal is to help you understand your options, feel supported throughout your journey, and develop a plan that works with your life—not against it. She believes meaningful progress comes from consistency, realistic expectations, and finding an approach you can maintain long term.

Lauren graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Georgia Baptist College of Nursing at Mercer University and completed a Master’s Degree in Nursing from Georgia State University.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys strength training, staying active, baking sourdough, and spending time with her husband and three daughters. Balancing family, work, and personal wellness has reinforced her belief that healthy habits should be practical, flexible, and sustainable in real life.
