About

Hi, I’m Lauren, a registered dietitian dedicated to helping people build small, sustainable habits that create big impacts on their health and well-being.

My approach to nutrition is weight-neutral and anti-diet, using principles of Intuitive Eating and Health at Every Size. I believe that focusing on improving nutritional balance and increasing movement makes more meaningful improvement in a person’s health than shrinking their body. Let’s talk about how to take care of your health by adding, rather than taking away!

I focus on realistic, not perfect, nutrition because I believe that health is about progress, not perfection. I’m particularly passionate about working with neurodivergent individuals, addressing the unique barriers tied to mental health conditions, and empowering them to discover practical, compassionate ways to feed themselves. My virtual office is a safe space for all colors, genders, and orientations, let’s talk about how this impacts your health!

I graduated from Utah State University with a B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics and completed my supervised practice through the USU Dietetic Internship program. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my partner and our dog. When the weather's nice I love to spend time outside looking for birds and bugs, but when it’s cold out you can find me inside in a pile of craft supplies.
