About

Hi, I’m Lauren, a registered dietitian dedicated to helping people build small, sustainable habits that create big impacts on their health and well-being. I graduated from Utah State University with a B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics and completed my supervised practice through the USU Dietetic Internship program.

My approach to nutrition is weight-neutral and anti-diet, grounded in the principles of intuitive eating and Health at Every Size. I focus on realistic, not perfect, nutrition because I believe that health is about progress, not perfection. I’m particularly passionate about working with neurodivergent individuals, addressing the unique barriers tied to mental health conditions, and empowering them to discover practical, compassionate ways to feed themselves.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with animals and exploring my creative side by making different things. Whether it’s crafting, cooking, or trying something new, I love channeling creativity into everyday life.

Let’s work together to build a healthier, more balanced relationship with food and self-care—one step at a time.
