I am a compassionate Registered Dietitian who is passionate about helping people feel their best through balanced nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits. I specialize in weight management and wellness, guiding individuals toward realistic, sustainable changes that support both physical and overall well-being. I believe that nutrition should feel approachable- not restrictive and I work closely with clients to create plans that fit their daily lives.

Known for my supportive approach, I strive to make everyone feel heard and understood, and encouraged. I focus on practical strategies, education, and small meaningful steps that build confidence and lead to lasting results. My goal is to help individuals develop a positive relationship with food while achieving healthier, happier lives.

I graduated with Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.

Outside of work, I enjoy an active lifestyle and practice what I teach. I love staying active with Cross Fit, paddle boarding, and spending time outdoors. An animal lover as well, I enjoy my new business caring for pets. I bring the same energy , balance, and enthusiasm for healthy living into my work, encouraging individuals to find wellness routines that are both realistic and maintainable.
