About Me

Lindsey’s training in Medical Nutrition Therapy can support clients with a variety of conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, and disease prevention/wellness. She is a former ice hockey player with experience at the collegiate level and takes a special interest in sports nutrition and fueling for optimal performance.

As your dietitian, Lindsey's main goal is to help you become the best version of yourself. This could include items such as cooking at home more, developing a consistent eating schedule for optimal energy, fueling workouts better, improving lab work, or achieving a feel-good weight. She believes all foods can fit into a healthy lifestyle and she will help you navigate what this balance means to you. When working with Lindsey, you can expect her to meet you where you are in your wellness journey and she offers a collaborative approach to goal-setting, with the accountability you need for success.

Lindsey graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences from Penn State University and completed her dietetic internship through Cedar Crest College. She is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and is a member of the Nutrition Entrepreneurs Dietetic Practice Group.

In her free time, Lindsey enjoys experimenting with new recipes, exploring local restaurants and wineries, reading, traveling, all things Penn State, and spending time with her husband, Steve. Lindsey also loves animals and is the proud mom of three rescue pets (2 dogs and a cat).
