About
My interest in nutrition began from a deep desire to understand the health disparities affecting underserved communities and why so many of my family members were suffering from food-related illnesses. During my undergraduate studies in Public Health, I developed a passion for being part of the change—to help bridge the gap and make a lasting impact on the health of those around me.
As a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, I specialize in weight management, kidney disease, women’s health, pre/postnatal nutrition, diabetes, and heart health. My mission is to empower individuals to take control of their health through balanced nutrition, mindful living, and faith-based principles that nourish the body, mind, and soul.
Over the years, I have worked in diverse healthcare settings including clinical practice, community health, private practice, and school systems, which has strengthened my holistic and compassionate approach to care. I blend evidence-based nutrition with faith-centered guidance to help clients improve their relationship with food, boost energy, and create sustainable lifestyle habits that support long-term wellness.
I believe that true health goes beyond physical well-being. Through my work, I strive to inspire others to elevate their health, live with confidence, joy, and purpose.
