Lucy's interest in nutrition started in high school as an athlete and continued to see the importance of proper nutrition while playing college basketball. After graduation, Lucy spent 3 years working in a behavior health hospital as a dietitian where she was able to further her passions of both behavioral health and sports nutrition as these tend to be so closely linked.
