About

Lynnette L. Simpson’s interest in nutrition began after a celiac disease diagnosis and alongside family members’ food allergies and intolerances. She saw firsthand how access to clear, evidence-based information could transform people’s health outcomes.

Her training in clinical nutrition allows her to support clients with a wide range of conditions, including autoimmune diseases, diabetes prevention and management, weight management, cardiovascular health, and nutrition for resilience and stress management. Lynnette has a particular passion for practical, real-world nutrition—helping busy professionals, families, and individuals navigate everyday challenges such as meal planning, behavior change, and sustainable habit formation. She especially enjoys translating complex nutrition science into actionable strategies that people can realistically maintain.

Lynnette believes that all people deserve personalized, compassionate nutritional care and practices through an integrative, client-centered approach. She is committed to meeting clients where they are and helping them build sustainable habits that align with their lifestyles and goals. She values progress over perfection and enjoys helping each client find their own path toward long-term health, balance, and confidence in their food choices.

Lynnette earned her Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition and Integrative Health from the Maryland University of Integrative Health and is a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) and Licensed Nutritionist (LN) in Washington, DC. Outside of her professional work, Lynnette enjoys writing, reviewing nutrition and wellness books, running, and staying engaged with global health and nutrition trends. She is passionate about continuous learning and sharing knowledge in ways that empower others to take meaningful steps toward better health.
