About Me

My interest in nutrition began when I started my health and fitness journey. I had struggled with disordered eating and “yo-yo” dieting all of my life, and the results led me to feel awful. I started looking into nutrition to learn more and work on my health. I applied what I learned and started to feel such an overall improvement. After that, I wanted to help others feel like I did. That’s when I attended the University of Central Arkansas for my bachelor’s degree, dietetic internship, and master's degree in nutrition.

I enjoy camping or anything outdoors with my husband, baby girl, and two puppies in my free time. My hands are full, but becoming a mamma has been the most challenging but rewarding job. I love to cook and try new dishes. My perfect night sounds like cooking a good Italian or Mexican dish, pairing it with white wine, and enjoying it on the patio!

I have spent time working with adults and children, helping them create sustainable habits that improve overall health. My specialties include weight management, prediabetes, diabetes, high blood pressure, underweight, and mindful eating practices. Through our time together, I will provide you with tools and knowledge to help create ideas for change that fit into your lifestyle and are realistic. All while making it fun. Eating and mealtime are essential factors in life and should be enjoyable, not dreadful or a warzone.
