About Me

Mallory Griffiths, MS, RDN, LDN (she/her) has always had a deep curiosity about the human body and how it works, which led her into the field of nutrition. With over 15 years of experience in hospitals and a Master’s degree in Integrative Nutrition, she blends her strong foundation in conventional medicine with personalized approaches to provide evidence-based care. Transitioning to outpatient care has allowed Mallory to build deeper, more meaningful connections with her clients, tailoring recommendations to their unique needs and goals.

Living with celiac disease and endometriosis, Mallory is passionate about empowering others with chronic conditions to live fulfilling, healthy lives. Her expertise and interests include medical nutrition therapy for conditions like irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), food allergies and intolerances, gastroparesis, short bowel syndrome, postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS), dysautonomia, celiac disease, and mast cell activation syndrome (MCAS). She recently earned a certificate from FARE (Food Allergy Research & Education) in Pediatric Food Allergy for IgE and non-IgE-Mediated Food Allergies.

Mallory embraces a “Health at Every Size” (HAES) approach, focusing on sustainable, health-promoting actions that go beyond weight loss. She encourages curiosity and critical thinking, helping clients navigate the overwhelming amount of health information and misinformation. Mallory empowers her clients to critically evaluate nutrition advice by considering the source, understanding the credentials behind it, and discerning whether it’s grounded in evidence or influenced by commercial interests. She believes every health decision comes with risks and benefits, and her goal is to equip clients to make informed choices that align with their values and priorities.

Committed to safety, integrity, ethics, continued education, and top-quality care, Mallory believes every body deserves respect, access to inclusive healthcare, and a peaceful relationship with food and self.

For fun, Mallory loves volunteering with her local nature conservancy, hiking, snuggling with her elderly pup and new kitten, going on adventures with her husband, learning how to bake gluten-free goodies, practicing yoga, and reading scary novels before bed (why?!).
