Food has been a life long interest and profession. The power of nutrition on health is undeniable and a big part of Maria's way of engaging with the world, one bite at a time. Employing deep listening and problem solving ideas to collaboratively develop a plan that makes sense for the individual clients life.
The mission of the nutrition appointments is to help clients understand how to take the most direct path to their desired goals. Awareness of clients preferences and lifestyle are at the forefront of interactions.
A degree in Culinary Arts, Culinary Nutrition and an MBA in IT Management are combined to use digital health to advance the field of nutrition while keeping each client in control of their treatment. Personal interests include ingredient and cooking method discovery, health technology advancement and snuggling her dog.
