About

Before joining All Access Dietitians as a Dietitian Coach, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from The University of Texas at Austin and completed my dietetic internship through Keith & Associates. Following graduation and prior to my internship, I worked as a nutritionist with WIC, where I gained valuable experience supporting the pediatric population and expecting mothers. During this time, I discovered my passion for working with pregnant women and children, helping families build healthy foundations through nutrition.

While I love working with this population, my deeper passion for nutrition began much earlier—after witnessing firsthand how profoundly food impacts health. Growing up with a father who has diabetes taught me the importance of nutrition and moderation in managing chronic conditions and living a healthy, balanced life.

As a dietitian, I strive to help clients build a sustainable, positive relationship with food by offering encouragement, empathy, and practical guidance. I believe that while food can be medicine, it’s also meant to be enjoyed — a source of connection, culture, and joy.

Outside of my work, I love spending time outdoors, whether I’m golfing, hiking, or going for a leisurely bike ride. I also enjoy exploring new restaurants and sharing good food and laughter with friends and family.
