About Me

Do you ever feel like you know what you should be doing for your health, but you just can’t seem to make it happen? It’s frustrating, I get it. Many people struggle to bridge that gap between knowing and doing—especially with all the conflicting nutrition advice out there.

That’s where I come in. As one of only 45 dietitians in the country trained in the Dietitian Coach Approach, I work with you to make lasting, realistic changes. Over 12 weeks of weekly sessions, we’ll focus on building habits that actually feel good—no more stressing over willpower or feeling like you’re fighting yourself. I’m here as your “guide on the side,” helping you experiment, navigate the noise, and discover what works best for you.

Clients love the personalized, non-judgmental vibe of our sessions—it’s more like a partnership than a typical “diet plan.” Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you, whether that’s feeling more energized, ditching diet confusion, or finally sticking to healthy habits without the stress. The best part? It’s exciting and fun\!

If you’re ready to stop spinning your wheels and start making real progress on your wellness goals, let’s work together. I’ll help you get clear on your vision and give you the tools to make it happen—no guilt, no overwhelm, just real change.

Before you go, here are a few things about me! Outside of work, I love staying active, especially going to the gym and lifting weights. I also love traveling to new places and spending quality time with my family and friends. I believe that a healthy lifestyle should be both enjoyable and empowering, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.

Before working as a Dietitian Coach at All Access Dietitians, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and completed my dietetic internship through Wellness Workdays, where I gained experience in various settings including clinical, community, and foodservice nutrition.

I chose to become a dietitian because I’ve always been fascinated by the way food fuels our bodies, and how the right balance can truly help us feel and function at our best. I believe there’s space for all foods in a healthful way of eating, and I’m passionate about helping others find what balance looks like for them. Nutrition doesn’t have to be restrictive or overwhelming, it can be practical, empowering, and even enjoyable. I love supporting clients as they work toward their health and wellness goals in ways that feel sustainable and aligned with their lifestyles.

In my work, I take a coach approach. I believe you’re the expert on your own life, and my role is to support you as your accountability partner, providing encouragement, evidence-based guidance, and realistic tools to help you make progress. Together, we’ll define what well-being means for you and map out a plan to help you get there with confidence and clarity.

Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, spending time with friends and family, and staying active, especially lifting weights. I was born in Brazil and love visiting whenever I can, especially for the beautiful beaches and quality time with loved ones.
