About

If you’ve ever felt stuck trying to make healthy changes that last, you’re not alone. There’s so much information out there that it can be hard to know what truly works. You may know what you should be doing, but turning that knowledge into everyday habits feels overwhelming.

Let’s start with a conversation about what you’re experiencing—what’s been positive and what’s been challenging—and together we’ll find the best way to move forward.

In our sessions, we’ll create goals that feel right for you and break them into practical, achievable steps, designing a nutrition plan that fits your life.

About Me:

I’m a Registered Dietitian and Certified Specialist in Oncology Nutrition with nearly a decade of experience helping people make lasting lifestyle changes that improve their health and quality of life. I provide preventative care and medical nutrition therapy for conditions that can be improved through nutrition and lifestyle, including heart disease, type 2 diabetes, cancer and survivorship, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, and weight management (including GLP-1 medications).

Before becoming a dietitian, I built a successful career in advertising—an experience that taught me the power of communication and motivation. I went on to earn my Master’s in Nutrition Education from Columbia University, which gave me a deep, evidence-based understanding of behavior change—the key skill I use to help people make meaningful, lasting improvements to their health.

My approach focuses on building sustainable habits through everyday choices—not quick fixes or restrictive diets—while helping you enjoy your food along the way. Throughout your journey, my goal is to make sure you feel heard, supported, and empowered to build habits that last.

Whether you’re managing a medical condition or simply want to feel better in your body, together we’ll create a realistic, personalized plan that helps you feel in control of your health.
