About Me
Marley Whitener, MS, RD, LDN is Registered and Licensed Dietitian with a Masters of Science. She completed her Bachelors degree at The University of Tennessee, Dietetic Internship at Western Kentucky University, and masters at the University of Texas.
Marley pursued nutrition because of a passion for sports nutrition. And while she still loves sports nutrition, her focus has expanded to include preventative care through a non-diet approach. She is passionate about providing care that leads to a long, healthy, and sustainable life, and believes in an 80/20 lifestyle where all foods can be enjoyed!
She currently lives in Little Rock, Arkansas with her husband and dog. In her free time, she enjoys working out, being outside, college football and walking her dog.
