I grew up as a curious and adventurous child in the southern cone of South America, between countryside farms and city life of Argentina, Uruguay and Brazil. Moved to Miami as a teen, where I fell in love with its cultural melting pot, filled with diverse culinary traditions and a multitude of bold unique flavors.

I earned dual degrees in Biology and Nutrition & Dietetics from FIU, became a registered dietitian in 2020, and most recently, achieved certification as a Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) in 2024. My year-long dietetic internship took place in Puerto Rico, at the prestigious VA Caribbean Healthcare system, where I deepened my appreciation and knowledge of Caribbean food culture and flavors.

As a specialized Dietitian I focus on delivering personalized, evidence-based nutrition care with compassion, curiosity, and cultural sensitivity. I help individuals achieve their health goals through direct, easy-to-understand nutrition education, motivational interviewing, and SMART goals setting.
