About Me
Masha’s journey into nutrition began during her college years studying art, when she faced her own struggles with food and body image. Through her healing process, she discovered a passion for helping others break free from diet culture and the constant battle with food. Today, Masha blends her expertise in Medical Nutrition Therapy and eating disorder treatment to support clients with diverse needs—including disordered eating, emotional eating, poor food/body relationships, and overall well-being.
With a deep love for animals, Masha also has a passion for vegan nutrition and respects all ethically based food choices. She firmly believes that ethical eating and full recovery from disordered eating can go hand in hand, and she is here to guide you in finding that balance.
Masha practices from a weight-neutral, Health at Every Size® perspective, emphasizing that health is not defined by body size. She is committed to helping you embrace food freedom and body acceptance through intuitive eating and a gentle, sustainable approach to nutrition.
Masha earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics and her Master’s Degree from the University of North Florida.
Outside of work, she loves spending time with her cat, Chai, exploring art markets and galleries, hiking, and relaxing around campfires.
