Megan holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Community Health Education from the University of St Thomas in St Paul, Minnesota and a Master’s of Science in Nutrition from Bastyr in Kenmore, Washington, working at UW Medical Center for her internship. Megan has over 20 years of experience educating, supporting and motivating her patients/clients, specializing in eating disorders. Megan is committed to help you adopt a life of moderation without deprivation.

She is a mother of two beautiful, vibrant teen daughters. She enjoys traveling anywhere sunny that offers a beach. Megan is her daughter’s biggest cheerleader on and off the field. Spending time with loved ones or a quiet evening by herself, with her cat Lulu are equally important to her. Self-care for her is long walks, shopping, baths or ordering Uber Eats on fancy Ramen noodles while watching Netflix.
