About

Megan's interest in nutrition began over ten years ago as an exchange student in Europe. Her lived experience with the slower, more intentional lifestyle and cooking inspired her to pursue dietetics. She graduated with a bachelor's degree at Michigan State University (Go Green!) and completed her Dietetic Internship and master's degree at Western Michigan University.

Megan has a wide range of nutrition experience from geriatrics to community pediatrics. Since becoming a parent, she finds the most enjoyment in the prenatal/postpartum, breastfeeding, and family nutrition space to help families find balance in one of life's busiest seasons. She practices with weight neutrality and an "all foods fit" lens to help make nutrition clear and centered to patients' goals.

When not working as a Dietitian, Megan enjoys tackling DIY house projects with her husband, homeschooling and taking trips with her children, reading historical fiction, camping, and spending time with her many rescue pets.
