About Me

I’m a queer, neurodivergent dietitian with a laid-back presence and a strong belief that everyone deserves a space to be fully seen, heard, and supported—without judgment or pressure to conform. My approach is rooted in a weight-inclusive, Health at Every Size philosophy, and I aim to help clients explore their relationships with food and body with curiosity, compassion, and honesty.

In my work, I hold space for the reality that we live in a world full of conflicting, confusing messages about how to eat, how to look, and how to live. My goal isn’t to hand clients a new set of rules—it’s to help them identify their own values, drop into their lived experience, and navigate this diet-centric world in a way that actually feels sustainable and authentic.

Clinically, I’ve worked in both inpatient and outpatient eating disorder settings for several years, primarily with adolescents and young adults. I value creating a nonjudgmental environment where people can reflect, question, and take steps toward healing—even if those steps are messy, nonlinear, or imperfect. My style is casual and collaborative, but I’m also not afraid to be direct when needed and gently call out the unhelpful narratives diet culture loves to push.

Outside of work, I enjoy doing nothing (truly, it's an art form), crafting with absolute confidence despite zero artistic ability, and lovingly spoiling my dog far more than is reasonable. I consider myself confidently weird, and I hope to help others feel just a little more at home in who they are—because authenticity is healing, and we all deserve that.
