About
My path into nutrition started with sports โ I was an athlete myself, and later married to a professional athlete, which led me to coaching professional athletes in sports nutrition. When I became a mother, my focus shifted to helping women navigate fertility and pregnancy. Since then, my practice has grown to include children, teens, and now a wide range of clients, including many women's health needs. That range has given me a deep, real-world understanding of how our nutrition needs change at every stage of life โ and it means that wherever you are in yours, chances are I've walked alongside someone just like you.
I'm a registered dietitian who's passionate about both food and people. I love everything about food โ growing it, shopping for it, cooking it, and especially eating it โ and I want my clients to feel that same sense of joy and ease around eating, too. My philosophy is simple: food should nourish your body and your mind, not create stress or guilt. I focus on whole foods and intuitive eating, and I never believe in one-size-fits-all plans โ instead, I take the time to understand your goals, your life, and what actually feels sustainable for you. No matter what brings you in, my approach is collaborative and judgment-free. I take a total-body view of wellness, and I work with clients on everything from weight management and food allergies to autoimmune disease, sports nutrition, fertility, and general wellness.
I earned my B.S. in Integrated Science and Technology from James Madison University and my B.S. in Nutrition and Dietetics, along with my Dietetic Internship, from the University of Maryland, College Park.
