About

Hello! My name is Melanie Berdyck, and I am a registered dietitian with over 16 years of experience. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Dietetics from Eastern Michigan University and a Master's in Applied Nutrition from the University of New England.

I hold certifications as a Specialist in Obesity and Weight Management and as a Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. I am also passionate about fitness and staying active. I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine and a Group Fitness Instructor through the American Council on Exercise. I am an avid Pilates fan and am working toward my certification as an instructor.

My goal as a dietitian is to provide practical support, meet you where you are, and celebrate your big and small accomplishments. There are no restrictions or guilt; I aim to be supportive and encouraging! We are all human, and our successes may vary from day to day, and that’s perfectly okay!

My wellness philosophy is that small changes can have tremendous results. Everyone is at a different point in their journey. Some people can make multiple adjustments, while others might feel that one change is more than enough. We are all human and have our favorite foods, triggers, and preferences. No matter where you are in your wellness journey, I'm here to support and celebrate small achievements!
