About
Hi, I'm Meli, a bilingual Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS), Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN), and doctoral candidate in Integrative Health. I work with driven individuals—athletes, active professionals, and high-performers (especially women 35+), who are ready to optimize their health through data-driven, root-cause approaches.
My approach is both clinical and deeply personal. After years working in the fitness industry and navigating my own cycles of overtraining, chronic stress, and hormonal imbalance, I became curious about what truly drives energy, resilience, and recovery. That curiosity led me to advanced training in performance nutrition, Biology of Trauma, and nervous system regulation.
Today, I guide clients using an integrative approach where functional nutrition, physiology, and nervous system science come together. I specialize in metabolic optimization, hormonal health, body composition, and blood sugar regulation, using tools like tracking, HRV training, and trauma-informed protocols to support sustainable performance. I focus on root-cause strategies that honor where your body is right now, while building the capacity to thrive long-term.
This work is for people ready to engage, who want to understand the "why" behind their biology, track their progress, and invest the energy to make lasting change. If you're looking to optimize (not just manage symptoms) and you're willing to commit to the process, I'd love to support you.
All of my services are available in both English and Spanish. As a first-generation Latina and long-time advocate for accessible wellness, I'm committed to providing care that is culturally aware, evidence-based, and grounded in both science and compassion.
