Melinda Piatek is a registered dietitian specializing in women’s health, reproductive and hormonal care, and adult longevity and wellness. She works with individuals across the spectrum of life stages, offering guidance for fertility, pregnancy, postpartum support, thyroid conditions, and PCOS. In addition, she supports all adults in healthy aging, longevity, and managing cardiometabolic concerns, including high cholesterol and hypertension, through evidence-based, practical nutrition strategies.

Melinda earned her Associates of Science in Culinary Arts at Johnson & Wales University, Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics and completed her dietetic internship at LIU Post, and her MBA at the University of Saint Mary. With over 16 years of experience in clinical nutrition and healthcare leadership, she brings both expertise and real-world problem-solving skills to her practice.

As a mother of two young children, Melinda understands the challenges of balancing nutrition, family life, and personal wellbeing. This perspective informs her patient-centered approach, making her guidance practical, realistic, and relatable.
