About Me
Michelle’s interest in nutrition began when she was diagnosed with lupus. Feeling lost and overwhelmed, she turned to nutrition research to understand how her diet could support her health. Through this journey, she discovered the powerful impact a balanced, nourishing diet can have on managing chronic conditions and improving overall well-being. After experiencing firsthand how life-changing this knowledge could be, she was inspired to pursue a career in dietetics and earned her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from SUNY Buffalo State University.
Michelle is a registered dietitian with five years of experience spanning hospital settings, long-term care facilities, and outpatient counseling. She is a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES), with specialized training in medical nutrition therapy for diabetes management. She also provides care for individuals with hypertension, cardiovascular disease, elevated cholesterol and triglycerides, prediabetes, PCOS, IBS, fatty liver disease, and those requiring enteral (tube) feeding, among other conditions. In addition to medical nutrition therapy, Michelle is passionate about helping clients embrace sustainable lifestyle changes for disease prevention and overall wellness.
Michelle believes that everyone deserves personalized, compassionate nutritional care. Her approach is rooted in empathy, science, and motivational interviewing. She enjoys helping each client uncover their own path to health, balance, and food confidence—no matter where they’re starting from.
