About

I am a University of Alabama graduate, roll tide! I received my B.S. in Nutrition and then completed my dietetic internship to become a Registered Dietitian. Throughout college, I worked as a personal trainer and began a cheer conditioning program. I continue to work with clients of all ages to incorporate both nutrition and exercise as a part of their lifestyle habits.

As a young athlete, I developed my own disordered eating patterns. Through my own journey of recovery, I became passionate about helping others heal their relationship with food and their bodies. And as someone who lives with POTS and MCAS myself, I understand the battles that come with chronic illness and I am passionate about helping others find healing too!

I believe in a personalized, customizable approach to nutrition while incorporating other key lifestyle factors that play an important part in our health. Using an evidence-based approach, I guide my clients to long term behavior change rather than the unsustainable "quick fix". I strive to empower clients through actionable steps that will build their confidence from the inside out and I am committed to meeting each client where they are in their journey. In the past several years as a dietitian, I have seen the effects that stress, busy lives, women’s health and hormones can play in our overall health. I am dedicated to helping clients create balance in their life so that they can truly live well! I incorporate personalized meal planning, exercise goals, sleep and stress management, self-care, and other factors that play an important part in our health. With a compassionate heart, I help my clients overcome their health concerns and reach their goals with encouragement, accountability, educational tools and guidance.
