About

Mindy is a Registered Dietitian with over 13 years of experience in a variety of hospital, outpatient, and public health settings. She is a Board-Certified Specialist in Pediatrics and Certified Lactation Counselor. Mindy has extensive experience working with families, infants, preschoolers, breastfeeding, as well as working with various food programs and other community resources.

Mindy is passionate about building relationships with people about helping others find peace with food. She follows the belief there are almost an endless number of ways to live and make lifestyle choices. Her goal is to provide reliable and realistic information and support clients navigating these choices with confidence rather than be the food police dictating what clients “should” and “shouldn’t” eat.

She will also the first person to cheer you on for your efforts, listen to your perspective, and encourage a balanced approach to food and wellness choices. You are the expert of your care so we will discuss what works well for you versus challenges you are facing to determine our plan of care.

In her free time, you will find Mindy with family and friends. A night of board games, reading a good book, or working on a puzzle are her ideas of a night well spent.
