Miranda is a compassionate and experienced Registered Dietitian based in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Since earning her degree from Oklahoma State University in 2014, she has dedicated her career to helping individuals and families create practical, nourishing routines that support long-term health. Miranda is especially passionate about empowering clients to feel their best—whether they’re managing a chronic condition, navigating food allergies, or simply looking to improve their overall well-being through nutrition. As a single, working mom for over a decade, Miranda brings a real-world perspective and deep empathy to her work, understanding firsthand the challenges of feeding a family on a busy schedule.

Miranda received her degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Oklahoma State University and has worked across a variety of healthcare settings since becoming a Registered Dietitian in 2014. Her professional background includes supporting individuals of all ages and backgrounds with chronic disease management, food allergy guidance, and preventive nutrition strategies. She also has extensive experience working with parents and caregivers to make family meals easier, healthier, and more manageable.

Miranda’s approach is practical, empathetic, and grounded in everyday life. She believes that nutrition doesn’t have to be complicated and that small, realistic changes can make a big impact. As both a collaborative teammate and a practical implementer, Miranda works alongside her clients to create personalized nutrition plans that respect their lifestyle, preferences, and challenges. Her sessions are supportive, down-to-earth, and focused on building confidence and ease in the kitchen.

Miranda understands that food is personal and often emotional, and she tailors her guidance to help clients maintain joy, balance, and sustainability in their eating habits. She emphasizes strategies that are manageable for busy individuals and families, helping them find ways to nourish themselves without added stress or restriction.

When she’s not thinking, reading, or talking about nutrition, Miranda enjoys thrifting and spending time with her two young adult daughters. She also loves tending to her home and finding comfort in the little things—whether it's puttering around the house or creating a cozy space to relax.
