I’m Morgan, a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Certified Personal Trainer who enjoys working with individuals at all stages of their health journey—from those looking to build healthier habits to athletes aiming to improve performance. I take a holistic, evidence-based approach to nutrition that focuses on sustainable change, strength, and a positive relationship with food.

I currently serve as a Sports Dietitian at Princeton University, where I support athletes with fueling, recovery, and performance, a population I especially love working with. As a runner, lifter, and former athlete, I bring both professional expertise and real-life experience to my work.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, teaching classes, cooking, and spending time outdoors with family and friends.
