About Me
Natasha’s interest in nutrition began in her early years, driven by a deep desire to help others and a natural curiosity about the connection between food and well-being. After being diagnosed with PCOS and fibromyalgia as a young adult, she turned to holistic nutrition as a way to take back control of her health, she learned about using “food as medicine,” and the experience completely changed her life. That healing journey led her to functional and integrative nutrition, where she found her true calling in helping others find lasting relief, resilience, and balance through food and lifestyle.
Her training in clinical, functional and holistic nutrition and allows her to support clients with a wide range of conditions including gut health disorders, hormonal imbalances, autoimmune conditions, metabolic dysfunction, and chronic inflammation. She also supports general wellness, disease prevention, and sustainable habit change through a compassionate, evidence-based lens.
Natasha has a special passion for helping individuals rebuild their relationship with food, remove fear and confusion around eating, and nourish themselves in a way that supports both the body and mind. She especially enjoys working with women across the lifespan, as well as individuals navigating stress, fatigue, and complex health issues.
Natasha believes that everyone deserves personalized, respectful nutritional care and practices with a holistic, functional, and root-cause approach. She meets every client where they are, and works collaboratively to create realistic, empowering strategies for healing and well-being. She’s passionate about making nutrition feel accessible, not overwhelming, and helping people feel confident in how they shop, cook, and care for themselves.
Although Natasha is mostly plant-based and vegetarian, she previously followed a non-vegetarian diet and fully understands the nuances of different eating patterns. She supports clients with a wide range of dietary preferences and needs, meeting them where they are, whether they’re omnivores, flexitarians, vegetarians, or somewhere in between.
As she puts it: “There’s no cookie-cutter approach to nutrition and healing—it’s about creating a personalized plan that’s realistic, practical, and aligned with your life. My job is to help you improve your relationship with food and nourish your body so you feel energized, grounded, and well—mind, body, and soul.”
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Science from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from Sonoran University of Health Sciences. She is a Board-Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS®), a Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN) in Maryland, and a Certified Holistic Nutritionist through AFPA. She also continues to advance her clinical training in functional labs and systems biology through professional bootcamps and continuing education.
Outside of work, Natasha lives in San Diego, California, where she enjoys nature parks, botanical gardens, exploring local farmers markets, cafes and restaurants, staying active with yoga and strength training, and spending time with family and friends. She’s also a big believer in balance and self-care, so you’ll often find her enjoying a cozy latte, writing reflections in her journal, or experimenting with recipes in the kitchen.
Natasha speaks English and Gujarati, so she can provide nutrition support in both languages, making it easier for you to feel understood and supported throughout your journey.
