About Me
Nicole is a native New Yorker who has lived in New York City - home of the best dollar pizza slice - for 15 years.
She earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Development from Cornell University and her Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from New York University. One of her favorite fun facts? She almost chose nutrition as her undergraduate major! Nicole deeply appreciates that her work merges her backgrounds in developmental psychology and clinical nutrition with her passion for helping people heal their relationship with food and their bodies.
Having navigated her own struggles with disordered eating, Nicole brings deep empathy and understanding to her work. She uses an intuitive eating and weight-inclusive approach to help clients find food freedom, let go of guilt, and feel more at home in their bodies.
She loves 90s and early 2000s pop and karaoke, her favorite shows are Friends or Sex and the City, and she gets a (perhaps disproportionately big) thrill from home organization.
