About

Nicole graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics & Nutrition, Fitness, & Health in 2012. From there, she completed her Dietetic Internship & passed her registration exam to become a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN). For 4 years, she worked with a corporate wellness company outside of Chicago building nutrition programs & fitness plans. In early 2018, she decided to open her own nutrition practice to focus on individualized nutrition coaching in a virtual setting. She was able to impact 50+ clients through her nutrition program until taking a pause to focus on raising her 3 young daughters.

Outside of being an RDN, Nicole also has 15+ years of experience teaching group fitness classes. She has a huge passion for getting people moving in a fun & energetic setting. For the past decade, she’s been teaching indoor cycling, WERQ dance fitness, & barre classes at her local YMCA. She also loves coaching her kids’ sports teams, playing board games (Taboo is her fave!), getting outdoors, & relaxing with a good book.

Nicole enjoys working with busy individuals who are looking to gain their energy back, improve their eating choices, restore their relationship with food, & achieve a healthy weight without restrictions or diets. Through her coaching program, Nicole helps people become empowered to build a healthier lifestyle that is personalized to their own goals with lasting results.
