About

Nicolette’s interest in nutrition started in college after discovering how food could impact energy, confidence, and overall well-being. Her passion grew from seeing the difference nutrition made in her own life and in those around her. Nicolette’s training in Medical Nutrition Therapy allows her to support clients with a variety of conditions, including obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and gastrointestinal concerns, as well as in disease prevention and overall wellness.

She has a special passion for bariatric surgery and weight management, as she loves helping clients navigate life after surgery and find realistic, sustainable ways to feel their best. Nicolette believes that everyone deserves compassionate, individualized nutritional care and practices with an empathetic, non-judgmental approach. She enjoys helping each client discover their own path to success and confidence with food.

Nicolette graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Missouri in 2013. Along with 1:1 nutrition counseling, she also provided online supportive resources through her website and social media: @nourishedbynico

Outside of her work, she enjoys spending time with her family, going on walks, reading the latest thriller novel, and traveling.
