As I found a love for fitness and nutrition, I found myself changing from a nursing major, to a nutrition major. I grew an interest in proper nutrition for optimal performance and muscle growth. Continuing to learn, I decided to become a certified personal trainer through ACE. I graduated from La Salle University with a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition. I continued my education at Immaculata University in which I was awarded a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition with a Dietetic Internship.

Now holding the credentials of registered dietitian and certified personal trainer, my interests include weight loss, weight management, overall well-being, as well as physical activity and weight lifting. As of recently, I have helped various clients lose their “stubborn” weight through dietary adjustments and physical activity. I found success in building rapport and creating a personal level of trust with individuals to help work toward their goals. When choosing goals, I like to create SMART goals: Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Timely. By doing so, I enjoy helping individuals become the best versions of themselves!
